Q: Why is it that my floor is not hot from the steam? I touched the floor while the steam comes out and the floor is barely warm.

Being in the medical field, I’m a germaphobic! I love the steam cleaning feature of this floor cleaner. They don’t even advertise how it swivels around corners, it doesn’t miss a spot. I paid over double what I paid for this for a different floor cleaner and it leaves an ugly 1” stripe from the wall, plus you’re always running out of soap. ($$) This is soo quiet you can still talk to someone in the next room. The tray it comes with keeps it neat & organized. I LOVE this cleaner and highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this floor cleaner. I love that I don't have to deal with solutions. It cleans well. My only complaint is that the wet compartment is very small. If the amount of liquid is bigger you have to stop and empty the tray and keep going, otherwise you just push liquid around your floor. Other than that the brush is great it steams up quickly and does really well at even tough grim!

I did not like the cleaner because it drops large amounts of water and the catch baskets for the trash are too small. Also, when you want to clean the trash bins everything is wet.

It’s ok. I did not like it. It is not what I expected. You still end up “cleaning” the floor with a dirty mop pad/roller. It doesn’t pick up water so you end up just pushing the dirty steam water all over. It leaves a lot of water on the floor. I do like that it does pick up debris off the floor and it steams but not that it doesn’t clean the brush from the dirty steam water.

Love the idea of a steam mop! I purchased the mop right before they went on sale. My 600sqft apartment laminate floors were in need of a good clean. I was very excited for this purchase but feel it fell short. To start I absolutely love how light and quiet it is. It was very easy to assemble and get it going. However the dirt water reservoir holds less than half the amount of clean water so it has to be changed many times. The living room area took about an hour to clean between focusing on areas that have heavy traffic and emptying and refilling the water. Another thing I didn’t like was that it leaves behind a lot of water. Before I could move on to a different area I would have to go over it with a dry microfiber towel. For the price I would not recommend

I had bought a bissel steamer and returned it. It was top heavy and you had to hold a button down for it to work. The Shark is easy to use, works awesome, my floors feel so clean. It’s easy to take apart for cleaning. I highly recommend the Shark steamer. We have 3 big dogs and wood floors and tile, it does a great job lots of steam making everything very clean.

overall i did like it alot, it took off even the most stuck on particles on my tile floor, and left my floor feeling very clean, not oily, just clean clean, the only thing i strongly disliked is the fact that when using the DEEP clean steamer setting u gotta be tossing the dirty water every few mins &&& it doesn’t pick up hair stands, it picks up the hair then smears it somewhere else along the way multiple times until i finally take off the brush & yank the hair off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I love Shark vacuums. I have multiple and they are my go to’s with daily use. My Shark vacuum (we have two. One runs midmorning and the other runs in the early evening) my house 2x a day, so my home is pretty clean. I was so excited to try the Shark Steam Pickup 3 in 1 Hard Floor Cleaner to really make my stone and marble floors shine as well as have the benefit of sterilizing them. Sadly, I was not super impressed. I have to go over the same area multiple times. It’s “supposed” to vacuum any stray debris my actual vacuum misses and then steam clean the floor. It doesn’t pick up very well and actually sticks debris to the floor with the wet steam instead of picking it up. The cartridge that holds the water also lasts for about 1 room before you need to refill it and the brush roller is usually soaked and dirty so it smears dirty water on the floor. My floors are white. The vacuum is VERY hot at this point and you need to let it completely cool before disassembling the multiple parts to clean/rinse/refill. I have a 3000 sq foot home with all hard floors so this is super inconvenient and takes forever. For me, this isn’t worth the price and has totally missed the mark. Lots of potential but no execution. If you have a small home with no foot traffic, it may work out. For my busy family it’s sadly a fail.
