I brought this product less than 3 weeks ago. I was very please with the outcome with cleaning. However the charge is not keeping the 30 minute charged time as stated. I'm not longer lasting for 2 mins.

I bought this a couple days ago and I’m not happy with it.

I initially wanted to Love this wet/dry mop. After using it twice the roller smelled like mildew. I cleaned it each time I used it, now when I use it my floors smell like mildew. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I was expecting it to maybe be better on one type of floor or another, however, it was great on all floor types in my home! It takes a while to charge, but it holds the charge well once it is charged up. It is more quiet than other vacuum cleaners, but the suction power is slightly weaker than carpet-only vacuum cleaners.

The mopping part is not bad. I just feel like the roller needs to be cleaned every time. The tools that come with it for hair and things are so nice. It really helps to clean up the mop and vacuum. I do wish it wasn't just rechargeable, and you could also just plug it in. I'm not a fan of just having the charger option. But I do recommend. It's not very loud, which is nice also.

I add a little cleaning solution of my choice mixed with water and clean my kitchen and bathroom floors and it works amazingly. The battery life is about 45 min which is enough time to clean all my floors and recharging is fairly fast. Noise level is minimal. Love this machine.

If you have lots of pet hair you will want to dry swifer first just to avoid it getting dirty faster! Not super loud and I love that it’s cordless.

It really leaves the floor smelling fresh. I kind of wished it had more water come out mopping and vacuuming. Is it better than mopping? No, but it is convenient, and I love that.

The brush roll picks up all the dirt and any crumbs . I like that it It keeps the clean and dirty water separate in two tanks but if you don’t wash it out after every use it will smell every time you use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works okay for my home, it vacuums and mops the floors at the same time so saves lots of time. It’s easy to maneuver due to the swivel of the handle and how lightweight it is made. It is also self cleaning which is perfect, and comes with a base to put it on to avoid tipping. It also has a dirty water detection alarm once it hits the max line the LED flashes purple so you need to empty and clean. Now some cons with this is you need to go slow while using and if you do not keep it tilted it will turn off. When going up against a wall, it doesn’t get tight to the wall, it stays about 3/4 of an inch off, so you now need to go back and clean there. The battery life will last about 30 minutes if in standard mode, on high maybe 15 minutes, so for me for a large area this is a pain. Changing the water is terrible, if you have lots of dirty buildup in there you have to keep cleaning and adding water. I am still on the fence on this product, maybe for a small area that does not have stubborn spills this would be good, for larger more soiled areas this can be annoying.

I am surprised by how good it works, along with the suction power. It is easy to install and also to go through the manual. Minimal noise with good battery capacity. The battery life could be a bit longer, but it has been enough for me so far. The main gripe I have is that the tanks are a bit on the small side. I have to empty the gray water (dirty) , more often than I would like, and fill the clean water more often as well. Other than that, a powerful floor guy here!
