Three garmin whatces, only last 2 years

I have bought 3 garmin watches and each one of them just lasted a little over 2 years - each one. Which goes to show the unbelievable low quality. Nothing happened to them other than me running with them (no I did not fall). This is just some high level robery. Never been so dissatisfied with a company.

I love my watch! The only thing I don’t like and I don’t feel like is advertised, you have to pay for your music provider and can’t use a free music app. Ex: Spotify premium vs regular Spotify. I don’t pay for music apps so the extra money for the music part was pointless for me.

After one year the watch keeps switching off for no reason and despite resetting features. This is highly disappointing for a watch which was otherwise working well for a year.

I’m pleased with the GPS quality and the sports features in general. I think my next watch will be the larger size, but I like the watch a lot!

I've had this watch for a almost 2yrs and love it! It can show me all the data that I need and isn't bulky. Battery life is great for being such a small watch. It easily gets me through 3+ hr training sessions and just got me through the Chicago Marathon with plenty of life to spare.
Long lasting battery and does what it should

Looks great, isn't too big for smaller wrists, and functions perfectly. Have taken on many runs, swimming, biking, and it has functioned perfectly!

Just love it. I still don’t use all the features as I am still figuring out what it can do! It’s easy to use and buttons are easy to manage. So far, absolutely awesome!

I've been using this for about a month and I'm happy with the watch. GPS is a lot more accurate so is my heart rate and other stats. It syncs my Runna training plan and notify me when I'm not in pace range. I'll consider buying a Fenix when I get more into trail running

I upgraded from a Forerunner 235 to the 255s and can't believe the improvement. The watch fits my wrist better, the GPS connection is significantly faster, battery life is longer, and most importantly, I can listen to music without my phone. Set up was a breeze and I'm still playing around and learning all the new features. I'll be keeping my 235 as a back-up but the 255 is quickly becoming my daily watch.

I bought about three weeks ago and it’s been great so far. I’m working through a half marathon plan and I love how it adjusts week by week.

Great size for women's wrist, easy to use and great app that pairs with device. Can set up training goals, it provides workout suggestions. I can enter in a multitude of exercise activities. It is not touch screen, which I prefer so you don't accidentally stop a work out and I live in a wet climate, no stopping for rain!
Great watch! Everything you'd need

This watch is great for the price! I use the watch to run, yoga, HIIT classes biking and more. It's exactly what I'm looking for and will tell you your recovery time, heart rate, and includes a training plan specialized for you. The battery time is also great, although it does quite a bit more quickly when you use the music function. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into running or a training plan.

Once you get past the learning curve necessary to understand all the features, this watch is a great addition to my life! I find there are a few things I don't really want like recording my naps, but the interface makes it easy to remove those apps from the watch. It's also nice that it's slightly smaller than the other ones. Would recommend!

Love this watch! Purchased for the use of the multi sport mode, specifically triathlons. Big fan of Garmin brand. The settings are very user friendly. It tracks well. Charges fast and the charge lasts a long time. I could have done without the music setting. I don't utilize it. It doesn't work with iTunes. I should have researched that particular thing more so that's on me. Love everything else about this watch.

I've only had my Forerunner 255S for a few weeks, but I'm really liking it. It's lighter than the other Garmin watches I've had previously, and it recharges much faster. I like the "good morning" report on the watch, and the summary in the evening. Even the buttons have a better feel to them, and the notifications can include pictures. I haven't used all of the features this watch has, but so far so good!

I bought this watch about a month ago deciding to give it a try. The sleep monitoring is fascinating and so far it tracks all the activities I do (running, treadmill, elliptical, ice hockey). I was surprised to even use it on a treadmill and the distance on the watch matched the treadmill! I love the smaller face size for my small female wrist though the thickness can get caught on tight sleeves. The battery lasts me over a week without recharging doing normal activities and a 4 tracking exercises per week. I have not used the music feature yet, but intend on installing soon for those longer runs.

Each upgrade of my Garmin has been at least one step up. This most recent upgrade (255S music) is amazing. I'm not a professional runner. Many have said I'm not even a runner as I run/walk, but i did finish my first marathon at 50 and plan on beating that time at 60. 255S music was purchased so that I could have music without having to have my phone. I chose the S size because I have a wrist of a 12 year old. It's taking a while to get to learn it, but I love what I've learned so far! Here's hoping it will help me get to the finish line.
Love it!
