This is great eyeliner, the color is great, it goes on smooth. BUT... the sharpening aspect of it.. absolutely terrible. Sometimes I buy one and it works great. Most times, it doesn't sharpen worth a you know what and like the one I have right now, half of it went to waste because the bottom piece fell off and got stuck in the cap and it's no longer usable. So frustrating.

It's wonderful the first use. As soon as you need to sharpen it, forget it. You'll sharpen almost the whole pencil before you get more liner to use. So disappointed especially after paying that much $. What a waste!

This eyeliner glides very smoothly over my eyelids and does not look crepey! As my eyelids have matured, some of the drier looking eyeliners not only hurt, but emphasize wrinkles. This no-tug gel formula is the exact opposite and stays put all day.

I LOVE this eyeliner in Powerful Plum. I hope they aren't discontinuing it! It's super smooth, easy to sharpen, and lasts a long time. This is my favorite eyeliner so I'm hoping it will come back in stock soon!

Hi there! Thank you for giving Superhero No-Tug Sharpenable Gel Eyeliner a try! We are so sorry that the pencil has dried out! This is a sharpenable eyeliner and IT doesn't advance to the top. For best results, we recommend using a pencil sharpener to turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge.

This eyeliner use to be great since they change it it's crap. First use is ok if you have to sharpen it if it doesn't break it is goes on in clumps. If somehow you get it on it does not last very long. Just very disappointed with this new version

I was shocked to see so many negative ratings!! Ive been using for a coupke of weeks now and i love it. I only use it for beneath the bottom lashes and thin lone on the top lashes, i havent tried wings or anything like that. For me it goes on smooth and stays put all day, i havent had any problems. i have not had to sharpen it yet so i really hope it doesnt break when i do because i really like it :( i must say also i got this while it was 50% off and honestly i would not repurchase for the full price

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this eyeliner! Liquid eyeliner is too thin and makes a mess. Pencil eyeliner is too hard and pulls on the eyelid. This No Tug gel eyeliner goes on so easily and smoothly! Just glides on! Having the right sharpener is important. Tried several and surprisingly found the Ulta sharpener to be the best. It works perfectly with this eyeliner. I now have every color! Definitely my go-to and I have been buying makeup for 50 years!

Does not go on smooth as it’s advertised and when you sharpen it, it breaks too much and wastes a lot of the liner. Not worth the price.
