Q: What is causing the sediment of grounds in the carafe after brewing, and how can the problem be corrected? Happens with any cup amount being brewed.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. For a possible fix, please check if the filter basket is inserted correctly and the carafe is properly placed on the warming plate. Also, try using a standard coffee grounds and avoid overfilling the coffee basket. Lastly, make sure not to remove the carafe from the warming plate for more than 30 seconds while brewing. Take note that our products have a year limited warranty and we would love to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Q: When I hit Brew Now, then the 4hr blinks twice in the display, but nothing happens. I hit Brew Now again, and the coffee maker does nothing. The time is set to current time, nothing. I've unplugged/plugged back in, nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Makes great coffee but... I've had this coffee maker for just under 5 months and today I find the water reservoir leaking like a sieve. FIVE MONTHS!

For a possible fix, please check the hose in the reservoir, make sure it is snug on connection. Also, check the filter basket for any drips down the back of the basket onto the trip arm and warming plate. Ensure to use medium grounds and make sure that the water is not exceeding the max line in the water reservoir. Lastly, please run a cleaning cycle into it if the machine hasn't been cleaned recently. Your Mr. Coffee® 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker has a 1-year limited warranty. With the ability to brew a big 14 cups you can have your morning coffee with enough left over to make iced coffee later. Sharp looking coffee maker that is very easy to set up and use. Programmable maker so your coffee is ready in the morning without any effort. I use the same 12 cup reusable filter from my previous coffee maker and it works well. Easy to clean glass carafe. I rinse and dry. Instructions are simple to understand and precise.

It worked great for a month, then the carafe cracked. They don't sell replacements! That's nuts. Why pay $60 plus for a coffee maker you can't get a basic part for? Avoid this model!

I have had this coffee maker for a week and have explored all it has to offer. The bottom line is, that it makes great coffee. BUT, I do not like that I cannot use the "Strong" option when I set the "Brew Later" the night before. Also, when using the "Brew Later" option, you have to set the time every night that you want to have the coffee brewed for the next morning. It's not a big deal and I would buy this coffee maker again for the price and the coffe tastes great!

We always needed to brew a small second batch so everyone got there cups filled for the morning which was tedious and time consuming. This larger carafe makes just enough to get us going with one batch. It has a small batch feature and it keeps it warm without scorching for a few hours, which is handy for working from home days. Overall, very happy with this machine!

From single serve ones with pucks to the pot ones. This one is but far the easiest machine with great features! I usually have to make coffee numerous times when we have family or friends over. This coffee maker has the option to program it to make coffee at a certain time. It has an automatic shut off,very important in my opinion. It also has self cleaning option. It keeps the coffee warm for quite awhile. Great product.

We bought this upgraded coffee maker specifically right before Christmas so that we’d be set for our Christmas gatherings. Our previous one was old, but still working. But we didn’t want to take a chance of it breaking over the holiday. Guess what? We bought this new coffee maker on Friday and two days later, Christmas morning , it broke. It stopped working. What a major disappointment and major inconvenience.
