I like this glow in the dark human body project. It was fun to assemble and it was fun to see it actually glowing. It didn’t take much to assemble and didn’t take long to assemble. It’s a nice project to work on with the kids.

My 7 year old daughter enjoyed putting this together and learning about the human body. Her nurse grandmother helped explain what the parts were and where they went. The directions do explain this but my daughter is dyslexic.

My son and I had a good time dissecting this and putting it back together. The internal organs are squishy and looks just like the actual organ. The booklet that came with it was very helpful telling us what each part it is amd where it goes. This is very educational!

We love this National Geographic Glow-In-The-Dark Human Body, is fun to play and very educational it makes my kids discovered how our body looks from the inside, all the parts look exactly how the organs look, very realistic, this game is very educative and fun to play at the same time, kids instructional book and chart, it provides a guide and all the parts. The best thing at the end it glows in the dark, and kids were really happy.

This geographic human body glow in the dark came well packaged and it was fun to put together. My kids were happy to locate what part of the body each pieces went to . It was challenging but fun and we spent beautiful moments putting the parts together . This is educational and creative as well. Love it

This is a great model/toy to teach kids about the human body. It has a nice color guide that goes with it, and the first step in assembling is to lay the pieces out on a sheet that has real size pics of everything to match to. Then there are clear instructions to put everything together. It ends up being a nice tabletop size model with a stand. Happy with this.

This is a neat educational toy on the human body. It was smaller than I imagined but it is a good representation and tool for learning about the organs and the body. The educational guide and instructions were very detailed and well written.

The National Geographic Human Body is so much fun to learn with. I am a visual learner and enrolled in nursing school. This has helped me learn. My kids use it too for science class. It is easy to use and put together.

I thought this was a super cool idea for a 7 year old who loves all thing science(y). Being able to open up the plastic skeleton and put the squishy organs and bones where they go was a huge hit. I wanted to play with this too - but alas I only got to mess with it right before I wrapped it up. National Geographic has made the body almost as fun as Mr. Goodbody from Captain Kangaroo back in the day.

This is a cool concept and wildly reminiscent of one I had in my youth. My 5th grader was so excited for this, as he thoroughly enjoys science-related activities. We were both a little underwhelmed with the size of the model (the size of the box and the actual model size are not aligned). Also, it’s tricky to work with such tiny organs and bones with the forceps provided and the fact that the bones do not firmly snap in place. The only parts that do snap in place well are the two clear outer shells, which is great, but also made of material which I’m not sure will withstand repeated openings and closures. The organs are squishy, however, your child may need a lending hand to hold a few pieces in place while they work diligently on their end. While holding the lungs in place, I noticed the material already starting to break apart ever so slightly, which is strange considering it wasn’t played with prior, and was only used to complete the model for this review. I would recommend minimal use one the model has been constructed. All in all a pretty entertaining and educational model that glows in the dark. My son intends on showcasing it on a bookshelf in his room, so an overall win for me! Better quality materials and a bit larger in size and this would be a solid 5-star product!

Glowing Human Body

This human body anatomy kit is pretty small - the body is not even a foot tall. It’s easy to take apart, but my kids and I found it a bit difficult to put back together. The pieces kept popping back out of their little connecting holes. Love the concept of this toy and it’s a useful little tool for science/health class or those interested in learning the basics of the main human body parts. The “Stay Organ-ized” chart sheet is very helpful as are the learning paragraphs in the guide. It takes quite a while under a bright light to get a good glow. Something a bit larger and more heavy duty would be better.

This was neat however not the easiest. My 5yo thought was cool but unable to do by himself and my 7yo wasn’t interested in it. My fiance and I tried it and while neat and informative it’s harder than you’d think. The organs are neat to look at especially from a 3D perspective. The organs are tiny and can be difficult to handle.

This set was great for my kids. They liked learning about the different body parts. They like that the parts were removable and how they can interact with it. It allowed them to see where the different parts are located in your body.

My expectations for the National Geographic Glow-In-The-Dark Human Body were too high I guess. This was not up to the standards that I expected. The core is hard to open from the get go the bones don't stay snapped in place well and the squishy organs are hard to place and keep in place. I don't think the plastic tools they give you with this are useful at all. The glow-in-the-dark feature is cool though. I like the concept of this and the learning curve but it is not something I can see being taken apart and put back together to often and lasting.

I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This is such a cool kit for the science kids! My 8 year old is interested in all avenues of learning so he was super excites to see all the squishy organs and how they fit in our bodies. The foreceps make him feel like a real scientist. This also makes a great, hands-on, way to learn all the bones of the body, and seeing what our muscles look like under our skin. This is also going to come in handy for my teens!

I love the idea of this toy, but it fell a little short for me in execution. The plastic mold is a little hard to open. I felt like I was going to break it. The organs are very hard to get in the right spot and have everything stay where it should. I wish they more snapped into place in the correct spot. I do like the book that it comes with for educational purposes. The model is great for learning, but I wouldn't plan on constantly taking it apart and putting it back together. The glow in the dark works really well!

Overall we were not impressed with this product. My kids’ reaction upon opening the box was “it is smaller than expected “. It was challenging to assemble due to the size and the material of the organs caused every little piece of fuzz to stick to them. My kids (ages 7 & 11) lost interest very quickly.

The glow in the dark human body is fun and educational. We did it together as some pieces are a bit tricky to get together. Not sure what we were supposed to do with that scissor tool as we didn’t use it hahaha. Anyway this was fun. Not sure it glows in the dark.
