This vacuum is not worth the worth the money. We have already had a replacement vacuum sent to as the hose broke in our first one within the first couple of months. The second one can't hold a charge long enough to finish vacuum one room in our house. It also. Just dumps everything I've just vacuumed up out in the floor. I

I've owned this vac for 7 months. It's stopped picking up pet hair. I thought this might a clog or dirty filter. No, the hose split about 2/3 of the way open. Customer service has been slow to respond.

OK I have done tons of research and read tons of reviewsof all kinds of different stick vacuums, and I could never decide on which one to invest in. I have my own business that I run out of my basement. I'm a massage therapist and sometimes between clients the floor needs a quick cleanup. I initially wanted to stick vacuum just to do my floors in the basement. I have three dogs and a cat a 12-year-old and a six-year-old so my whole house has pretty high traffic on the day-to-day basis. We've had a cannister vacuum forever and I generally dread the thought of the weekend when it's time to vacuum and mop the floors so my husband will usually do the vacuuming every weekend and I mop the floors. Canadian tire had a sale on the Hoover emerge complete and I decided to take the plunge and take a chance and invest in the stick vacuum. My husband thought I was crazy for spending the money as our canister. Vacuum worked just fine however, this thing is absolutely amazing. I look forward to cleaning every weekend and I don't think twice if I need a quick cleanup to run downstairs and grab it it's light enough. It came with two batteries. I love the stand and I just literally love everything about this product, my husband made a joke and said he has become obsolete because I don't Ask him to vacuum for me anymore. I look forward to vacuuming. I never in a million years thought I would love cleaning my house, but this vacuum makes it so easy. It cleans up the pet hair. I love the light feature that shows me the dust on the floor. It even picks up my cat litter, so easily where my old cannister vacuum would spit things out the back end like salt and dirt. This thing there is no spit back. I cannot stress enough how much I love this new machine. It has been the best investment I made at home And my house has never been cleaner thank you thank you thank you Hoover for this wonderful product. I have been using this product over a month now, and I vacuum more than I ever have before because you have allowed it to not feel like a chore for me. It's not as loud and obnoxious as my old vacuum. I can generally do my whole upper floor. I live in a midsize three bedroom bungalow on one battery charge and when it's time to do the basement when the battery runs out, I switched over to the other one. The convenience is incredible once again, thank you thank you thank you Hoover for making this wonderful product. Will it stand the test of time? Who knows but right now you have one extremely happy customer and I recommend this vacuum to absolutely everyone.

However, the housing on the main stick that comments from the head to the cannister has cracked simply from normal use exactly like in the photographs on this website. The vaccum is no longer usable and it's upsetting as there doesn't even seem to be a way to fix it. It was also a gift so I can't even try to take it back to the store.

I'm not happy w this vacuum at all. It doesn't have the same suction as the blade max+. Battery dies really quickly. I wouldn't get this. Will not service w Hoover is amazing and they try their best

I bought this less than six months ago and the hose on the vacuum head has cracked. Apparently this is a common problem. When you spend this much money on something you expect it to last longer.

I use this vacuum on mostly hard floors. It worked just ok. It is useless on my area rugs even on the highest setting. Now, 4 mos in the flex hose on the power head split. Not covered by warranty. Garbage.

I use my Hoover vacs daily! I have two boys and a husband, and a Great Dane. I also do an in home daycare. Unfortunately my nozzle broke on my OnePwr I noticed it last night, emailed them this morning and they are sending a new one. Although inconvenient the fact that I could let them know it was broken and they instantly wanted to send a replacement I truly appreciate that. Nothing stays brand new forever and plastic pieces and hoses break. It is truly at no fault of the company as long as they are willing to replace to broken pieces. Only giving 4 stars because there's always run for improvement. And unfortunately the nozzle breaking is truly what set the tone for the 4 stars just out of inconvenience.

Cheap plastic broke after 6 months of light use. Replacement parts are always sold out. Repair centres don't hold stock. Will never buy from this company again.

I bought this vacuum July 11th it stopped working properly in the beginning of November. It wasn't even a year in and it stopped working. The vacuum doesn't pick up and the battery doesn't last. Not to mention the poor support service they provide.

Then the hose on the vacuum head is all cracked as shown by other reviews. Will not be buying Hoover again. Such a disappointment after spending a lot of money for a product. My no brand corded vacuum lasted longer for fraction of the cost and its still going. Hoover what happened to the quality products you used to make?

The plastic broke. And now I'm so much money in with onepwr and this plastic breaks on the dual terrain head. Is there no way to buy new head?
