I think this is working. I am one of those people who watches daily progress and get excited about how things look. Well...this is a great product but have used for a couple years. One year application does not work for a worn out lawn. You have to work at a beautiful lawn.
I do not recommend wasting money on this product.

Prepared areas, spread the mix dense, watered on days of no rain, and after 3 weeks, not 1 blade of grass.

We're sorry to read about your disappointment with Scotts Turf Builder Thick'R Lawn Bermudagrass and appreciate your feedback. You should start seeing germination in 7 to 14 days under ideal growing conditions. Daytime temperatures should be between 80-90 degrees for the seed to germinate. Soil temperatures need to be between 70-90 degrees for this seed to germinate. Cool night time temperatures can delay the germination process even if it warm enough during the day. A lack or excessive amount of moisture can inhibit seed germination. Weed control used prior to seeding can prevent the seed from germinating. Weed control product used on new seedlings will kill them. Do not use a weed control that is registered for lawn use to new grass until it has been cut at least 3-4 times. We want you to be confident in our products. For this reason, we offer a product guarantee to our consumers. At your earliest convenience, please reach out to us at 888-270-3714 if we can further assist.
Dont waste your money!

The grass spouted and the seedlings looked like a nice short green beard in the bare areas of my front yard where I had also added some soil. However, heavy rains came and washed it all away. I didn’t have the money to reseed it again and lived with the bare spots for a couple of more years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the Scotts® Turf Builder® Thick'R Lawn® Bermuda Grass on my existing “mixed grass” lawn and it quickly began to take over, including some of the weeds. The seeds in the bag were good quality and germinated quickly. I will definitely buy this product in the future.
Be the envy of your neighbors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to late in the year to plant in Arizona. I planted in the fall and have fantastic results. My lawn was lush, deep green and beautiful. I’m waiting for warmer weather so I can see the results in full this summer.

Put down the Weed & Feed and had no visible results. I do however feel like drought condition is a big factor

Two weeks since applying patch to 8 foot circle of bare soil. Started to grow in 4 days . I live in northeast Georgia . Temperature was 85-90 daytime and 70-73 night. Planting area has full sun. When the temp day and night is right and full sun this grass really grows.

While I saw good improvement the issue is that we received torrential downpours a day or so layer so I likely would have rated 5 stars if the rain had not happened the way it did.

Tried 3 different bags none of it grew. I've grew plenty of seed before. Just before I planted this seed I removed my winter rye by dethatching. The winter rye looked great this grass didn't grow at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not seeing results after 14 days. The lawn is still yellow in many areas and not much greening up in the remainder of the lawn. This is the 3rd step in my lawn care program. I started early with the Turf Builder Lawn food on 4/1/22. I applied Scotts weed killer on 4/13/22 and waited until 5/26/22 to apply the Thick R Lawn. My lawn is no worse or betters than my neighbors but in Arizona this is to be expected.
