    I bought this product because of an "influencer" and it will be the last time I ever buy something from someone's internet recommendation. First off, it does NOT charge. I leave it plugged in for hours and nothing. Then when it does work for even a few minutes, it barely sucks in things well. My $40 dirt devil cleans better! I am completely unsatisified and would never recomend this product.

    Self cleaninf option is poor

    The self cleaning option sold me on the purchase, but this features appears to be rather insufficient. I need to use at least 5-6 paper towels to clean up leftover water on the tray and debris that is left around the roller. It isn’t as slick as it appears!

    we were excited to purshace this Vacuum cleaner, the first two times it worked just fine, however, the third time the battery stopped charging!! very poor design even though the machine is nice and lite in weight. I wish they offered electric (with cord) instead of lithium battery 🔋 which is absolutely terrible. Don't make the same mistake and buy this item.

    I have been using this vac/mop for over a year now and didn’t realize how dirty my floors were before! I live in an apartment with 4 people and multiple cats and man does this thing put in some work. I always vacuum before use (we also have a roomba that runs daily) and am still amazed at how much this picks up. I can feel a noticeable different walking across our floors after using my tineco. If this thing ever breaks it will be an instant repurchase for me! The lavender cleaning solution (Amazon) is to die for in combo with this! I recommend to anyone and everyone because it’s worth every penny!

    Love the item- should have gotten the larger one

    I love my new toy! Easy to use and works very well. I should have gotten the larger unit because my whole house is hard floors and I am dumping the dirty water and adding clean water too frequently. The unit requires cleaning after every use which takes a bit of time but prevents it from getting clogged and losing the suction.

    Love this machine. It has saved me so much time on mopping and vacuuming at the same time. Every month or so I use a traditional mop to get the edges since this model doesn’t get as close, but it still picks up the debris close enough.

    The vacuum works well, however the tank is too small & you have to refill in the middle of mopping. The roller is also hard to dry and starts stinking. Not convenient for the price.

    I fell in love with this vacuum, it saves me so much time and effort. Only problem is now the battery doesn’t work? I have tried charging it obviously and deep cleaning it. Unfortunately nothing worked. Kind of a waste. Used it for about a year
