Q: I have a button on my machine that has a logo of 3 water drops. what is this for?
A: The button with three water drops activates MAX mode, for stuck-on messes on cleaning deep tile grout. In this mode, iFloor 3 Breeze increases water flow to the brush roller.

Q: How is this on tile grout?
A: Terrible. This thing was an expensive waste of money. Leaves streaks, clogs, does not thoroughly clean and mine was defective and Tineco claims to have repaired it and yet it still doesn't run .

A: Thank you for your inquiry about Tineco cleaning solution. Our Tineco cleaning solution is not a concentrate, but a ready-to-use solution designed specifically for cleaning floors. According to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) we provide, its main ingredients are safe for humans. However, the SDS mentions that the solution contains trace amounts of 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, which is classified as acute toxicity Category 4 (oral) and skin irritation Category 2. Although the content is extremely low, we cannot determine the sensitivity of all pets to this ingredient. Therefore, for the safety of your pet, we recommend that you keep your pet away from the cleaning area and maintain good ventilation when using the cleaning solution. Q: How do you start the self clean cycle on the Tineco iFloor 3 breeze?
A: Once plugged in to charge hold the button with "three water dropplets" for 3 seconds. Be sure to add water & cleaning solution to the tank just like when you add to clean your floor.

Q: Is the battery replaceable? 
A: Not user serviceable, but their comment about opening the unit voiding the warranty is false. The is not legal per the Magnusson-Moss warranty act in the US. The manufacturer would have to prove that you damaged it.

Once disassembled by yourself, the warranty will be void and self-disassembly is very dangerous. If there is a problem with the battery of the machine, you can contact our after-sales department to send it to a professional repair center for inspection and battery replacement. However, we do not support customers to replace the battery by themselves.

Q: Can you use this to clean up pet urine?
A: Please be informed that per OSHA, animal- waste is considered a biohazard that can pose serious potential risk to humans because animal waste can be contaminated with bloodborne or other germs, it is not recommended to use the unit to clean up pet waste.

Q: Why my water doesn't go to dirty water tank? Instead goes to floor
A: Mine did that....then I discovered I forgot to put the filter back in after emptying the tank! Be sure the filter is securely and correctly in place.
submitted byJudiann - 5 months agoA: Maintenance: Please clean HEPA/brush roller/brush roller cover/DWT/suction port. Please make sure that the HEPA is dry and free of water before installation. And try to pour 1 bottle cap of Tineco cleaning solution into the clean water tank and perform the self-cleaning process 2-3 times. Roller brush/HEPA status confirmation: Our roller brush and HEPA need to be replaced regularly. Please confirm whether you have replaced the roller brush recently. If the issue persists, please contact customer support team for help.

Q: Can this be used on Saltillo tiles?
