I returned. I'm a senior so maybe it's my skin? The liner did not adhere, and flaked off.

I have purchased this product many times. It flows well and lasts long.

Great price for a precise pen!

It used to be very good quality and was on par with higher end lines. Now, the lid pops off on its own in my drawer and dries out. This has happened several times. My newest one isn't going on like the old ones used to. I see a difference in the quality of this product.

I have been using this liner for years but the last two I have bought- the caps just randomly pop off and they wind up drying out. This never used to happen before so i guess they changed something with the packaging but i'll no longer purchase it.

Im starting to use eyeliner again and i picked this because its on sale and it had the color I wanted. Honestly this has lasted me for so long. This closes fine and I store it upside down. I have had no issues using it but Ive only used brown no other colors. I would still suggest it if youre getting back into using eyeliner or if its your first time.

I wanted to love it and give this eyeliner a chance cause most of all the Ulta products have not disappointed me but this one is not for me. The tip bleeds out the second you apply it. It doesn't last much longer. You are better off with NYX eyeliner.

I really like this eye liner because I can get it on very thin. Plus it has those metal balls inside the tube to keep it mixed like the ones in nail polish. I've tried a few different brands and always come back to the Ulta brand because it outlasts other brands and it's easy to apply. I highly recommend this liner.

Ive tried some of the top brand eyeliners and this is by far one of the best ive used!!

I have bought this eyeliner for a couple of years and love it however they must have changed the packaging recently. The lid pops off and will not stay on. This causes it to dry out and I have to throw it away when I have barely used it. Ultra check the packaging!!

I am a brown eyeliner girl and apparently brown eyekiner is super hard to find. I was previously using the elf brown eyeliner and it discontinued so I had to find an alternative. I stumpled upon this one right before checkout and took a chance, and i dont regret it! I love how bold and long lasting it is, the elf eyeliner would desipate with the slightest touch, while this one LASTS. Im so glad i found this one ulta please never stop making it !

I have to wedge the pen between things to try & not have the top fly off. can't travel w/it.

5 stars for the stay-all-day liner. I love it. 3 stars because the cap will NOT stay on. This is my second liner in a month and both of them had caps that fly off drying out the tip. I've been using this product for years and never had a problem before.

I have been buying this eyeliner for years. The formula is fantastic; it is a deep black, doesn't smudge, and doesn't irritate my eyes (5 stars for the makeup itself). However, as other reviewers have said, the cap "pops" off after about 3 weeks of use (due to small cracks that form in the plastic cap), and then the product dries out on the felt tip (ZERO stars for the pen/cap)! I am now forced to throw this away, with so much product left in the pen. Something must have changed over the past 6 months, as this used to never happen. ULTA - please do better and check the manufacturing of this eyeliner. It is such a great product for an great price, and it deserves to have a cap that stays on so that valued customers can continue to enjoy this-- I feel forced to reluctantly switch to a different brand.

This will be my third time purchasing this liner, and I'm actually really surprised there were only nine reviews!! I haven't had issues with the cap staying on like others have mentioned. If you like really black, felt tip liners then I'd def recommend this one!

I'm repurchasing both the black and brown. The felt tip design is solid and the liquid formula glides on smoothly and settles well on my combination/oily skin. I noticed that it's made in Korea which I think adds to the quality.

The actual eyeliner is my absolute favorite. I love the pigment, I love how long it lasts, and I love the precision. Amazing formula. WORST packaging. The cap pops off no matter what within 3 or 4 times of using it then the liner dries out and is not usable. Please fix the packaging so I can use the product! Unfortunately, the packaging is so bad, I will have to use a different brand until it is fixed.

I would definitely recommend this works better then the high end brands that i have. Also the price is a great! Nothing like a good deal. It stays on the whole day
