Brews less than it supposed to. 6 oz ends up being 4 oz, etc. WiFi doesn’t connect, and strength of coffee is inaccurate.

This is my second warranty replacement and so far it works great. It’s a step up in design k supreme smart coffee maker. I hope it lasts longer than my first two supreme makers. The replacement process was very convenient and fast. I commend Keurig for their service.

I've had this for a few weeks. I like the app connectivity, and the ability to brew differently according to which K-Cup is selected. But my brewer has multiple flaws. Not sure if it's just my machine, in which case a warranty claim needs to be made, or if it's systemic. Specifically the flaws are: 1) Miscalibrated water amounts. 8 ounce setting yields 9 1/2 ounces, 10 ounces setting yields 12 ounces. This is as measured after brewing a K-Cup. 2) About 1 time in 5 it fails to read the QR code on the K-Cup. 3) About 1 time in 20 it brews about 1/4 ounce of water, stops, and then tells me to remove the used K-Cup.

I bought this smaller pot for traveling. However, after tasting coffee from this pot, it has become our primary coffee pot. It makes 5 holes in the top of the pod and brews slower. It is truly amazing.

Impossible to connect to WiFi. Been trying to do it for weeks, always gets to last step and then says “connection lost try again”. Incredibly frustrating. And I have the fastest speed, strongest signal WiFi. I hate that there’s a supposed feature that I cannot utilize.

Love the app controlled brewing and the ability to customize brew strength and temperature. Very quite compared to my older model 2.0. I do wish that the ENTIRE bottom tray was removable like the 2.0 models to fit a slightly bigger cup even if it were with a slight tilt. That would be my only complaint.
