Dupray TOSCA Steam Cleaner

I've owned my Tosca steam cleaner for 3 years. I purchased the steam cleaner due to a severe scent sensitivity I have. I love being able to sanitize items without chemicals and I don't needed to worry about feeling sick from synthetic fragrances. This steamer allows me to clean items that I wouldn't have attempted before as well. It did an amazing job on an old butcher block table I purchased and it still amazes me when I clean something so easily that I've had trouble cleaning before. My parents saw how much I love mine and have since bought the Home steam cleaner. I even purchased the Neat steam cleaner as a secondary steamer. My teens don't even mind cleaning with these, they find it satisfying to watch how easy it does a job.

Honestly, now that I've used a commercial grade steam cleaner I'm not sure how anything could be properly cleaned without one. I've cleaned shower grout to a level that was impossible to achieve with low-end steamers, chemicals, scrubbing, etc. I've blasted the dust and bugs out of window screens. Instantly blasted away the grease residue in kitchen exhaust ventilations screens to reveal pristine shining metal. I'm wondering what to clean next. So far this cleaner exceeds all expectations. (And chatting with support before buying was very helpful.)

been using this for 3-4 years now and it’s truly changed the cleaning game. Doesn’t leave the scent of bleach in the air and it’s easy to use, especially for a larger living room. The spray nozzle is great for disinfecting those little cracks, around the sink, toilet, dishwasher, etc. and I can just change the microfibre clothes throw them in the washer instead of having to wring it out every time like a mop.

Purchased for a recent move. To be honest, we were unsure how good or useful it would be. Paid for itself on the first day. Immediately removed a ton of carpet stains in the basement. Did full deep clean of new house. Amazing tool to clean just about anything. Furniture, hardwood floors, carpet, baby stains, clothing stains that didn't come out in the wash, etc. Love that it's all natural and easy to use. Would highly recommend - one of our best purchases.

I can't say enough about the Dupray Tosca Steamer! It works wonders, my wife and I are amazed by how well it works. Dirty filthy grout no more, glass is a breeze to clean well especially doggie drool. The little bit we have used it to do a trial run has blown our minds. It is truly life changing how well it works.

I don't normally write reviews about anything but I thought I should do one here. It's a great machine. I did a lot of searching but narrowed it to this one.There always are good and bad reviews but I went with mostly its spec's . The only thing I am worried about is the there were a couple of kinks in the hose which doesn't seem to effect it. So far I have zero complaints and I've been using this machine a lot

The Tosca is a huge game changer in how I clean now. It significantly reduces the amount of time and effort needed on the tough spots (bathroom grout and caked-on kitchen grease) and since it's the power of steam, I no longer get nauseous from the smell of a chemical cleaner. We live in a rental house and there were several stains and adhesive patches that I haven't been able to remove since moving in a few years ago. The Tosca cleaned these areas with no problem! I had originally ordered the Neat and was looking to upgrade to the One Plus, but decided to make the jump to the Tosca and I am very happy that I did – it is worth it! This steam cleaner is a beast and the brief cool down needed to refill the boiler after 90 minutes of cleaning doesn't cause disruption like I thought it would. I am cleaning a lot more surfaces in that 90 minutes because it is so effective. Once I'm done with this initial deep clean of my house, regular maintenance will be a breeze with the Tosca. If you are looking for a solid product that will last, reduces your cleaning time, eliminates the use of chemicals (which, most importantly, stays out of our wastewater) and is supported by excellent customer service, I highly recommend the Tosca.

Wow is all I can say . I bought this steamer when I saw in the video how I could clean almost anything with it. When I received my steamer I was quick to get it out of the box and fire it up. AMAZING !! CLEANED MY GROUT WITH EASE . I then cleaned my drains and glass tables ,sterilized and cleaned my door knobs . I'm excited to try this out on my car . Great job Dupray !!!! I think the tosca is the perfect unit for home use if you want a real powerful machine . Full tank is enough steam to get the jobs done you will want to do . If your on the fence let me assure you that you won't be dissapointed.

The Dupray tosca is an awesome machine, makes the cleaning jobs easier, disinfects and leaves surfaces fresh. I love the scent additive options and it comes with tools for all surfaces. This machine is everything promised and more.

Great way to clean the full house fast, change attachment quickly between tasks. The only issue is you always find new way and place to clean with Steam, but the task is done before you finish thinking about it ;) Thanks, Dupray for this steam beast, my house is now clean without soap, cheers

I was looking for a grout cleaner and the Tosca steamer was highly recommended by my brother . After reading other reviews, I finally decide to purchase this unit and needless to say I am very satisfied so far. The grouting looks almost new after 10 years. Also the steam effectively lifted stubborn soap and calcium stains from the glass doors in the shower which I have tried removing using different sprays with no result. I was also very pleased with the professionalism of support staff Sarah and Marco in resolving a minor concern.

The Tosca is a terrific cleaning device. It has uses only limited by your imagination. As you learn to use the machine you will find it does existing cleaning chores really well and will do all sorts of jobs you never thought of. In addition the customer service (Michael) has been exceptional. There is a bit of learning required to get the most out of the Tosca. Michael was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me. I purchased the Dupray Tosca Steam Cleaner in January 2020. Since, I have used it every week on pretty much every surface in our house. The entire process of doing research on the steamer, purchasing it, receiving it and using it has been fun. I know what matters is the the utility of the machine, but the very cool design of the box, all the informational material and the machine itself has definitely increased the enjoyment of using it. The app that you can download to check how to use the machine on different surfaces is incredibly helpful as well. This steam cleaner can do it all, and is good as it promises to be. So far I have cleaned our windows, grill, cars, floors, kitchen and bathrooms. The results look amazing. The steam cleaner makes the job much quicker and much more effective. The long cleaning time is great, because you do not have to refill often and you can finish even big jobs in one go. The Dupray Tosca Steam Cleaner is worth every penny, and is worthwhile even if you only use it in your own home. You will not regret this purchase. It will last a lifetime.

I’am writing to recommend the services of Carlos Valle and the support of DUPRAY’S care team. Carlos and his team tried to solve my problem over the phone several times without prevail. I have the DUPRAY TOSCA steamer which I can’t live without my TOSCA steam cleaners. I’am a 78 year old and it a blessing to have the DUPRAY TOSCA does the hard work for me. 100% cleaned and sterilized. Carlos was patient during my quarantine but once we couldn’t fixed the problem. Carlos got a service request approval and in a short time they replace my TOSCA without cost it was in warranty. Carlos and his team never had this problem like mine and are investigating to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thanks to Carlos and the DUPRAY team for being there for me. This steam cleaner is a wonderful addition to any cleaning company, it is powerful and gets the job done. The machine has its drawbacks due to the model, such as refilling time and other small limitations, however they have solved these in the higher end models which I intend to invest in, I give the Tosca a five star rating because it is excellent value for money, this machine was created with positive energy.

I bought my TOSCA steam cleaner in 2017. It’s the best steam cleaner for my household and car! The customer support department was very helpful when I needed a spare part which I lost. Highly recommend this product.

TOSCA Cap Broken for the second time and it wasn't easy to get a replacement cap. Numerous phone calls where I was told someone would call back. They didn't call back for days then left a message on my machine that I would have to call back again and leave another message and AGAIN couldn't speak to anyone was told they would contact me. Now I have to start over as the cap has separated again. I also had to replace the 10' hose after just one year. I only use this steamer once a week in my kitchen only.
