Really wanted to like this vacuum after seeing mostly positive reviews and the price. Our Bissell Pet Hair Eraser finally bit the dust after almost 10 years so we went with this one. Pros: lightweight, does have a powerful floor suction (we have 2 lab mixes and 3 kids), and easy to empty and clean. CONS: the hand attachments don’t stay connected to the hose, the spinning carpet brush stopped working after a few uses, and the cord actually broke down where the plug in connects to it when you roll it up. Husband put electrical tape on it just so we could finish the floors real quick. We’ve only had this vacuum 3 months and are looking for another one already. Just go with a more expensive one. It will last you in the long run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're a handful of things I love about this little vacuum. The price first of all great price for a powerful little vacuum. And I absolutely love the fact that you can take the thing apart and clean it. I have two dogs and three cats and it doesn't matter if you have a bag list, vacuum cleaner or a canister vacuum cleaner they get stinky, especially when you have pets. And it's so easy to do I've taken it apart almost every single time I vacuumed and given it a good rinse out. It has good suction and it's lightweight and easy to push. Works great on my carpet and it works great on my hard floors.

Since purchasing this vacuum less than 2 months ago I have taken it apart multiple times for weird noises and the brush not working. Now the brush will not work at all! This is a product that is of poor quality and that's putting it lightly. NEVER EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT OR BISSELL! JUNK!

I have had this for a couple weeks and I think it is great. Works well on hardwood floors. I thought I was sweeping everything up,but nope. This vacuum got it all off the floor. I also like how the filter is plastic and you just rinse it off. Very easy to clean.

I think mine is probably 10 years old. It has seen me through multiple dogs and cats, I love the uphulster attachment, and the suction power is as good or better than more expensive Vacuums. After I had this for a year or 2, I talked it up so much all my neighbors have them now. The only reason I came to the web page was to find a replacement brush, which I hope I'll be able to install myself. Great product!

DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM! It’s a waste of money. I bought this specifically because of it being a pet hair vacuum. I’ve used it twice and it continuously clogs up and stops running. My dog is short haired so this should not be happening at all. A total waste. Learn from my mistake!! Find something different!!
