This vacuum really gets my carpet and hardwood floors clean, and I do not have to worry about all of the hair getting caught up in the roll. I really like having a cordless vacuum instead of a corded because it makes it so much easier to vacuum without having to plug and unplug all of the time. The dust cup is a good size and it is easy to empty without making a big mess. I especially like that this can be switched over to a handheld, which makes it so easy to get to all of the small, hard to reach areas. It's perfect for couches, stairs, or any area that you just want to clean up. The charge lasts a long time also. Overall, this vacuum is perfect for pet owners or anyone that just wants a quality, lightweight vacuum that works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of this brand; I am a Dyson user, but I have two dogs and vacuuming the stairs with my current Dyson can be a struggle, so I decided to give this one a try. This vacuum does a good job at picking up fur from both a long hair and a short hair dog, it’s easy to maneuver on the stairs and light enough to make it a quick and easy task. The battery life is adequate I haven’t had to stop cleaning to charge, but I do charge in between each use. The noise level isn’t bad at all, I think it’s quieter than my current vacuum. The only thing keeping it from a 5 is if it had a little more suction power. Overall, I think it’s a good vacuum for cleaning my stairs and removing the fur which is a daily battle with two dogs.
Received as a christmas gift after about 7 uses the battery wont charge

I received this vacuum and was originally over the moon happy with its performance. As of this morning it no longer holds a charge. The battery will go green when plugged in as though it is charging, but when in use I get about 5 minutes before it shuts off. For over $200 pick a different vacuum.

Cannot find replacement chargers

It worked well on hardwood. Doesn’t do well pulling back on carpet, but going forward was ok. 0 stars for replacement items. I left the charger at a relatives and it is near impossible to find a replacement for this model. I found one but it is flashing green when it is supposed to flash blue.. so I don’t think it’s the right one. The manufacturer website doesn’t even have this vacuum on it.

It is very easy to use light weight and the power in it is great where you don’t have to pass multiple times to make sure that an area looks clean. The color changes to let you know where an area needs heavy cleaning and automatic changes of force are very helpful and unique. Make sure you charge it all the way the first time And you’ll ensure that your battery lasts long while in use. It is still pretty loud to use,my two cats aren’t too fond of it still but I have found it very efficient in both floors and carpets. I will definitely be buying more Tineco products in the future.

Stopped having suction after 2 months of owning it. Worked great until one day the suction doesn't even pick up dust, that's how weak it is. I paid alot of money for a vacuum and it doesn't even last 6 months. Highly disappointed

It illuminated every bit of dog hair snd dandruff on my floor I was blissfully unaware of it my poorly lit home. While it doesn’t have the same weight and sophisticated feel of a Dyson, it does maneuver easily, is light weight and super easy to use. It picks up dirt and material well and is a great option for anyone with a pet

Smart multi floor function is defective, works great on the hardwood and tile but the second it touches carpet it freaks out and shuts down w flashing red lights. Did this right out of the box, not after so many uses, but immediately pretty disappointed and will probably be donating it to my rug-less office

I purchased this vacuum due to the reviews. The reviews did not disappoint! This vaccum does an amazing job! I have used it non stop since purchasing it. It's light and easy to maneuver. The extra large canister is a wonderful addition. I no longer have to empty a canister as frequently. The amount of dirt I had in my canister after my first usage was unbelievable! I have hardwood floors with rugs scattered around and I was able to vacuum my whole house before the battery died. I have two labs so it had its work cut out for it and it delivered! It’s lightweight and easier to maneuver than my traditional vacuum. It’s not very loud and the dust bin is easy to empty as well. It comes with several attachments and an optional wall mount to charge it when stored. Overall a great little vacuum that performs almost as well as my big bulky expensive one!!

Garbage!!! It worked for a couple months but then stopped sucking up debris and the motor now sounds like a jet taking off. Customer service is a joke!! They sent different parts and it’s still useless. Now I’m being told the noise is normal and everything is fine. No it’s not!! I can’t use the vacuum!! Very disappointing!!!!

It’s ok. The charge doesn’t last as long as I’d think but it’s not to have to deal with a cord and it’s lighter than a regular bathroom. The design of the battery and wall hook makes ZERO SENSE! If the battery is on in the vacuum and it needs to be charged, you can’t plug it in and hang it. The vacuum does not stand up on its own which is really annoying. You need to charge the battery off the vacuum and figure out where to lay the battery down. Not really worth the buy.

The suction power of this Tineco Go Pet stick vacuum compared to my old vacuum is far superior. I was appalled at how much dirt this thing sucked out of the carpet in my hallway. Transitioning from my hardwood to my rugs or carpeted areas is seamless. No more adjusting to heights of my surfaces. I experienced a clog in the vacuum when cleaning up after Christmas which was so easy to remove compared to fighting the winding tubes of my old vacuum. The adjustability of this stick vacuum makes everything so much easier to clean. Especially stairs and my car. I was even able to vacuum the dust from the top ledge area of our home! Storage is well thought through. I am able to store my new vacuum and the attachments together beautifully in an area that hardly takes up any space. It’s almost like my oddly shaped hallway closet was made for this purpose. Battery life is pretty great, my memory to plug the battery in after use still needs some work but that is on me.

I use it for every day cleanup in the kitchen or on the stairs because it’s easier than our bulky plug in. It has a decent battery life (+/- an hour) and the basin for dust/dirt is enough to get by. I just empty it and keep going. I love that it can be made smaller to get into tighter places and the attachments are great. It increases suction on carpet too. The headlights make it easy to see what you’re cleaning and where it’s still dirty. I love this thing!
