Why is it hard to make a great carpet cleaner? This cleans up dirt from carpet ok & it does leave a white streak/soap residual. You have to go over again, which is a waste of time as you have to wait for the carpet to dry for days. I wouldn't recommend this item & I'd return it if I could find a GREAT carpet cleaner.

This is by far the worst carpet cleaner I have ever used. I have tried to get a hold of people multiple times on their customer service line and can never get through to anyone. This carpet cleaner doesn't even let the water come out. It completely stopped working after the first time of it being used. If I could give this no stars I would. What a waste of money. I'm stuck with it because the store won't take it back either.

Assembly was easy, using it was easy without it being too heavy to move, carpet dried quickly and the results were excellent. We have a dog and the area we tested was especially bad. The carpet looks so much cleaner after just one pass, looks lifted and is softer.

This machine totally exceeded expectations. I had procrastinated cleaning my tv room carpet and it had definitely gotten some pronounced dirt spots. I didn’t expect that it would come out looking almost new. It is on the heavy side to push but I am 74 and was able to do a good job. Totally recommend.

It also dries super quick! And again, it's so light weight, simple, and powerful! Assembly and clean up was a breeze. I am now more inclined to clean the carpet more often! Truly an enjoyable and rewarding experience! Pics reflect different time of day from start to dry with overhead lighting and natural morning light.
