A: Hoover responded in Sept that the model number was 608000. Has it changed? It’s a bit confusing. Also different model number on the Hoover website.

3-17-25: After receiving the wrong model (FH68030) Powerscrub XL twice and returning it, I contacted Target and worked with Customer Service to correct the problem with their warehouse. However, Target informed me it may take 10-14 days before correction is complete. You may want to wait before ordering until the problem has been resolved. The Powerscrub XL Pet model is definitely the model you want if you have pets because it comes with a very handy, detachable pet attachment.

I've bought the same carpet cleaner twice and the nozzle plug to my clean solution tank has broken again!!!!!! So the cleaning solution leaks out. Waste of money and it hasn't been a year for the 2nd one I bought. I just need a clean solution tank but they don't sell just the tank and I'm tired of wasting my money!!!!!

I had this product for less than a year it has an issue with draining water all by its self leaving puddles of water. And now it doesn't spray water at all. Very disappointing I have taken it apart.

All the images on the product page show the "Heat Force" badge at the bottom of the cleaner but that is NOT what you will get here. Also there are versions that are indistinguishable from this one that also have a separate cleaning solution tank but this one doesn't have that either. It cleans well and does a good job but I feel completely misled and disappointed in Hoover and Target for their deceptive marketing so that they can save a few bucks while ripping off their customers.

I've only had this for 6 months and have spent hours troubleshooting. It either won't dispense the solution or won't suction. I've followed every troubleshooting step on the online support videos and tried to chat with support. The chat just ends itself on you and says to look at the warranty. I tried to call during the hours listed and the message said they weren't open?? I will not be being a Hoover product again.

I received the powerscrub XL+ model FH68030. However, I can't find any good information on this SPECIFIC model. I imagine it works as is intended for the model, but not the one I was hoping for. This one does not say it has Heatforce (despite it being advertised ALL over the box) and unfortunately it does not have automix capability. I am NOT impressed with Hoover as a brand.

After having the cleaner and using it weekly as I have a new puppy it stopped spraying water. I unplugged it to let it sit a few minutes and came back not even 10 minutes later to the whole water tank drained on my floor. What a mess

Have owned Hoover steamers for years and unfortunately they no longer make the one I love of course so purchased this one and this first time using it the handle will NOT stay in it!! So couldn't get ahold of HOOVER, so Target is sending out a replacement so guess will see if it happens again or just a flute- Disappointed

This carpet cleaner is very powerful and does a great job with minimal effort. I have very old, soiled carpets. The Hoover took out the stains and even made the carpet seem a lighter color. I had used Bissell carpet cleaners in the past. This is so very much better than any Bissell product.

I bought this last summer and have loved it. I did have the cheap, white plastic solution feeder snap off a hose so I got a metal replacement hose. After a year of having it it just stopped turning on randomly, so I contacted customer support because it has a 2 year warranty. After giving them some pics, videos and info I'm being mailed a brand new unit! Could not be happier since customer support was a breeze, and I appreciate being sent a replacement asap. Reallly hope this kid doesn't die on me as well, but as of now very happy. NOTE- if you do get a replacement it does NOT get another 2 year warranty, but keeps the warranty time of the first unit I bought.
