Thanks so much for your review, Celeste. It may be helpful to know when storing the product, it can become thick or lumpy when exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures. We recommend storing your softener at room temperature – in a cool, dry place and using it within one year. The product you have is still safe to use. If you want to remove lumps/thickening, you can mix a capful of the product with 1/2 cup warm water until blended. It should be added via the machine’s dispenser or directly to the rinse water if your machine allows. The resulting mixture would be approximately three medium-load doses. It is safe to use the entire mixture as long as you don’t exceed the fill line on your dispenser. However, if the mixture has not mixed easily with the warm water we don’t recommend using it. This was my "go to" and loved how it made my clothes smell but now the scent is different and I'm not a fan. It is not the same and it makes me sad. Thinking of switching my entire laundry combo now.

This is not my absolute favorite fabric softener but it still smells amazing! The Calm line of beads and dryer sheets really do work well in making my laundry smell so dreamy. Also, I am still a sucker for vanilla and lavender scents! It helps me sleep like a baby at night and keeps my mood calmer when I smell it.

This really makes clothes ultra soft, reduces wrinkles to nothing, has a great fresh smell and a little goes a long way. The fabric softener is thick so in HE washers I add a little water to the fabric softener to prevent buildup. I love Downey.

Use this to add onto the freshness and fragrance of newly washed clothes! The packaging is easy to use with a plastic cup that can help measure the amount you want to add. I generally use half cup and it’s more than enough for the whole load.

If I use a laptop to place an order and a cell mobile phone when I pick it up, there is a discrepancy in finding the bar code for the order. I sometimes forget this and the identification on the phone causes issues with the order pickup personnel. I think you should work on coordinating the code basis for orders placed using different devices.

I love the design on the bottle and and it’s very much inviting and eye catching so it give a nice feeling to give it a try and see how well I try it on my clothes and it smell amazing too I just can’t get over how good it smell It didn’t give me any affect effect like itch my skin or cause my skin to be red it work well for me The price was decent and it’s worth it so I can’t complain about that at all It does serve a long time I didnt have to use a lot for it because it does have a strong aroma which give your clothes that nice and clean smell I do recommend others to give it a try
