I am very pleased. Rugs and ceramic floor are cleaned daily and I have been very surprised at how much dust it picks up. Mopping is okay I am still required to perform a deeper steam mop on the ceramic flooring weekly. For daily runs... works for me!

I have two cats, so it keeps up with the hair and litter. It also keeps the floor much cleaner where I don’t have to mop as often. My only complaint is because if the cat hair, the self emptying feature does not work well and I have to manually empty it every day.

Bought it a few weeks ago and it does work good but the roller gets tangled in pet hair so easily, a rubber roller option would be very much appreciated as I have to constantly prep it before it vacuums.

My husband bought it a couple weeks ago for an early Christmas present. We have 3 dogs and 3 kids running around the house. But it doesn’t seem to slow it down much. And it picks up a lot of the dog hair. I haven’t used my push vacuum since we got it! The only complaint I have about it is the noise level every now and then.

With 2 dogs & 1 cat in the house I’ve developed a small obsession with robot vacuums.. I am always looking for the best one. I have hard wood floors throughout my house and I love that I can just set it let it vacuum & mop the floors! This Eureka vacuum is top notch! I love that it will mop the floor also. It is bigger than other robot vacuums I have had in the past so it can cover more floor space.

This is the most difficult to use robot vacuum. It doesn't go to the charging station without assistance.

I bought this robotvac 2 months ago. It does everything very efficiently and makes my life easier. I grew up in a Eureka vacuum home. So when it comes to picking a robot vacuum I choose this one. I’ve had issues with it but support has always been there to help. They helped me get the mop to work. Showed me how to check that all dust and dirt is emptying I’m recently having mapping issues and they are working with me. The mop truly doesn’t really clean but it is a great robot between heavy floor scrubbing.

In my kids' playroom we have a rug, and the E10s cleans all crumbs very well without getting stuck. What I really like a lot is the mop function. The robot knows when it is on carpet and lifts the mop by itself, so I do not need to be concerned about wet rugs. I don’t have to think twice about mopping anymore—it takes care of everything! Setting up the app is very easy, and I like that I can arrange cleaning times when I'm at work. The LiDAR navigation makes a big difference; it carefully moves around the house without skipping any area or hitting furniture. Also, the app allows me to create restricted zones. This way, I can stop the robot from going into kids' toy area when it is cleaning time. Honestly, this vacuum has given me a lot of time and peace in my mind. If you are busy parent or have pets and get tired from cleaning all the time, then Eureka E10s is very worth for your money. It’s like having an extra set of hands around the house!

I have the self emptying wet/dry robot vac, and I really like it. Set up is super easy, and emptying it/cleaning the roller brush and such, is also quick and painless. We put people on the moon, but we still cannot get vacuums that see pet messes, or that don't get stuck on rugs and chairs. I currently have 3 robovacs in my house and this is the most expensive with some extra features, but why can't it navigate?!?!!! Generally recommend, but know it's.not going to do what you want it to, every time without issue. Additionally, I've been looking for replacement mop pads for a while now - how can we order additionals?
