this will only suck up water from a completely saturated and soaked carpet. Unfortunately even when you can get it to suck up some water it leaves the carpet wet... not damp... wet. I have multiple other bissell products that I love so this was a big let down :(

Not worth purchasing. Blinking light and won't keep a charge. Purchased 2 chargers and still won't work. It's just a piece of crap now.

I did all the trouble shooting and cannot get it to spray, although it does charge up again. I've only had the replacement for a few days. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I primed it and hold it at the proper angle and the sprayer doesn't appear to be clogged. I really like this hand held carpet cleaner but neither one has worked more than one time. I'm disappointed. I was hoping to be able to use this for pet messes regularly.

It's good because one of the wheel wells on the previous model couldn't be cleaned out, so it got pretty nasty after a while. So, not having wheels eliminates that problem. Flip side, though, is that without wheels it doesn't seem to move over the carpet as smoothly, making it a bit more work to deeply clean the carpet. Machine clean-up after use is easy.

It is so easy to just grab the Bissell , blot, then spray the stain and vacuum up. There is a lot of power in the machine, so I have no trouble cleaning up even at 82.

We got a new little puppy and I ordered this thinking that it could do quick clean ups to tide over until I could get the full steam cleaner out. No need! This little, lightweight machine does great and the sprayer is nice and strong. I feel like I'm getting enough spray to dilute the stain before sucking up the liquid. I found that it charges faster than the quoted time. SO glad to have found this while our puppy is training!!!!
