Great tool to keep the kitchen clean.

I purchased this mop about a year and a half ago, but I've only used it 10-12 times throughout that time frame. It's just sat on the charger the majority of the time. The last time I went to use the mop it will not connect or perform any functions. It gives an error code which I looked up and a vague description of issues starting up. I've reached out to I-robot about the issue but they haven't made any attempt to resolve this issue. Poor customer service for an expensive product that is internally cheaply made. I recommend to purchase a different brand with a consumer that stands behind their products.

The maps do not save. The robot goes in circles without spraying any cleaning solution.

Easy to setup, good support team if needed, save me time, I can leave the house while it's doing the job, get a text msg when finish.

It gets"lost" too easily. It doesn't do a good overall job of cleaning.

I was hoping that my robot would be well acquainted with my home by now since it's been a few months of just about daily use. It still bumps into the walls a lot, gets "stuck" on nothing and I have to go find it to return it home, it struggles to find its way back home a lot even though there are no obstructions, it ends jobs early with no indication for why, I have to set it to clean a couple of times to ensure that every area is cleaned, and it also requires quite a bit of lighting to be somewhat useful (which is a little inconvenient at times). I love having the extra help but it becomes a little annoying when these issues continue to occur. For the price, I was expecting a much more sophisticated robot and for it to be quicker in learning the areas to clean, etc. Some pros are that the battery life is exquisite, it is rather sleek and perfect in size, and it's surprisingly quiet while cleaning too. Depending on the settings you use and size of the home, it can get through cleaning every area and still have a lot of charge left to touch up any areas as needed, which is fantastic. Another pro is that you can set a lock on the buttons in case pets or children press the buttons. That way it's not starting jobs before you intend to. However, overall, I feel like I'm more disappointed than satisfied with this product especially because of the price. I just expected it to be more precise and less dependent on my being there to ensure that cleaning is completed successfully. Basically, I can't set it to clean while I'm out of the house, which is rather ideal in these cases, because it stops early or gets stuck on nothing at all, etc.

This thing bumps around my house like a drunk frat boy. I have still yet to get it to map the whole place. Spend money, get a better one.

I like the robot. It cleans fairly well. But after two years the right wheel module has stopped working and the support team has been unable to give me a link to buy the part. My expensive robot has turned into a pile of junk!

I purchased this vac/map because I was going to get hardwood floors. Unfortunately this was postponed. Got my floors Hooray. Used the product three times. Just to get the map completed. Now when I try to use it it doesn't work. Says it's not on a level surface—I need to get new wheels. Seriously I used it three times. As far as I'm concerned. Keep your money Not worth a single dime.

My m6 worked great for a couple of years. The wheels started to get worn out and it started slipping on my tile and not able to get any traction. I contacted iRobot and was told they don't have replacement wheels. I was referred to "partner site" for replacement wheels. The replacement tires worked a couple of cycles then became slippery. Thinking maybe I bought a cheap version- I bought another set and the same occurred. So now I have an expensive robot mop in my closet. I just want the original wheels and maybe go back to the original cleaning solution. I don't like the recommended Bona solution.

I paid so much money for this trash. It can’t differentiate between floor and carpet like it states. So now my whole carpet has wet spots because it decided to go over it and spray solution on it. Ironically, it can somehow tackle its way to my carpet, but it has a hard time going over slightly raised areas like fatigue mats or floor dividers.

We love it. Perfect daily cleaner !!

It cleans well when it works. I have had it for a bit over a year and have had to replace the battery 4 times. My house is only 1560 SF so it is not a lot of space. I am very disappointed in this mop.

It wouldn't work at all. Kept saying to place on solid surface It was on smooth tile !!!!!! Customer service was terrible Could not understand the person I was talking to. They knew north about the problem but told me several times to place product in a solid surface. I really needed this to work as I was having a major surgery and would not be able to clean my floors

It worked great for about 8 months, then all of a sudden it wouldn't come off the home base or just not run at all. Troubleshot it, (no real way to contact a person for phone support), cleaned the base, wheels, front where the solution squirts out. When it does run, it does great. I'm not sure that I would purchase this specific product again.

iRobot doesn't clean the floors in a straight line but often goes at an angle. Therefore it leaves streaks on my wood floors.

I can't believe how great this works! It's quiet and I love that it stops and backs up when it comes to two downstairs steps off our kitchen. Easy to use, too. My only complaint is that I can see wheel marks in a couple of places when all is dry. Only I would ever see it! It saves this 74 year old back and that's worth every penny!

Compact robotic floor mop that sometimes works very well. It often fails to return home to its charging base before the battery runs down, it can run out of fluid without warning/notification, gets hung up and frequently seems to get lost. I expected the software to be much better!!! To compensate for the above, I need to run it 3 -4 complete cycles to get my floor clean.

The mop worked 3 times but failed after experiencing a well known design flaw involving the water tank sensor. For whatever reason, the water tank sensor and water tank stop communicating and causes the "mop" to stop working. The Internet reveals the flaw is well known but there is no fix for it.
