It was great after two weeks and then now it has stopped charging and working. We have emailed for a refund or exchange but no response! Very sad as it was great when it worked!

This is my second Roomba and is better than the first. It cleans my entire house without needing a recharge, has a larger, easier to empty dust bin, is quieter and has a lower profile to fit under furniture.

I am not happy with this robot. For me it was an upgrade. However, it doesn’t clean my entire home. The robot stays in one room. Normally I have to pick it up to vacuum other spaces. There seems to be no logic in how it works. No information in the app either. I feel like idk how to get the most out of this vacumm. 😩

I bought a Roomba a year ago, iRobot already abandoned it. I just watched it pass over a feather, 5 times. It constantly gets stuck, and will never return to it's base station. iRobot is one of those companies that had a great idea, then everyone else did it better. Buy one of those instead of these.

Very poor quality. It is very light which is good but it is very cheaply made. Extremely difficult to clean the debris from the catch dispenser. Gets stuck easily and often cannot find its way back to the docking station.
