What to expect when introducing the Philips Avent Natural Response Nipple:
-It's totally natural for your baby to take 2-3 tries to get milk flowing from a new bottle. Unlike traditional bottles the Natural bottle is designed to only release milk when your baby is actively drinking, like what happens when babies breastfeed.
-We have 5 different nipple flow rates for the Natural bottle. When looking for the right nipple flow rate, age is a guide, but your baby's approach to drinking and the feeding cues they will show will help determine when to move to a higher or lower nipple flow rate.
Packaging uses 100% plastic alternative, FSC-certified paper, with great potential to be widely circular for majority of product packaging.

Regarding microwave safety, while the bottle itself is microwave safe, it is generally not recommended to use a microwave to warm up baby’s food or drinks. Microwaves can create “hot spots” that might scald your baby and may also alter the quality of the food or drink. If you do use a microwave, make sure to remove the screw ring, AirFree vent, nipple, and cap before heating, and always stir the contents to ensure even heat distribution. Before first use, disassemble all parts, clean them, and then sterilize them by placing them in boiling water for 5 minutes or by using a Philips Avent sterilizer. This is to ensure hygiene.
