A: We can assist you with your inquiry. We do not recommend putting cleaning solutions, vinegar, scented perfumes, oils, or any other chemicals to the water used in the Steam Mop as this may damage it or make it unsafe for use.

A: my kitchen floor tile grout is a nightmare, I bought this hoping the steam would help to lift/loosen the dirt.. but it doesn't. it took them from black to a dark charcoal grey but definitely not as much as I hoped. only thing that has actually worked is scrubbing HARD with a stiff wire brush on hands and knees which is so exhausting and tedious--hence trying to find an easier solution, but this was not it.

A: No, the Shark brand doesn't recommend anything but water. And I only use distilled water in it so that minerals or anything in tap water doesn't cause damage overtime.

Q: Why is there a cancer warning?

A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test every single chemical, we're including the label with all our products. A: Yes, you can. It isn't easy to hold up but it can be done. Although, if you really want to steam your walls there are better products for it. Bissell has a hand held steamer that works great for walls

Nothing beats hands and knees for me. But this is a great quick clean option for the inbetween deep cleans. I’ve had mine 2 years and unfortunately today it died 😩 doesn’t steam anymore.

Amazing!! Just got it today and I just finished doing the whole house. I’ve got two chihuahua puppies that are still learning to hit the pee pad. They are also sensitive to smells. So steamer it is. This steamer has impressed me so much and I’m in shock my floors were so dirty! Oh and you can flip it and use both sides. Get it!!

Read the reviews, compared the ratings before purchase. Thought it would be a winner, it was not. Regret purchasing this steam mop. Disappointed in performance, average at best, doesn't put out a great deal of steam or moisture on tile surfaces. Would not recommend this as a product.

This mop doesn’t work at all. Such a disappointment. It barely gets any dirt off the floor and it takes a long time at that. Steam comes out of just a small section of the mop and even that section doesn’t work. I will be returning.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work well on our tile floors. Sticky juice or buttery noodle residue could not be picked up with the highest setting. After using this, I took a wet paper towel and could see the area was not clean. I believe this product would be good for routine dusting/sanitizing, but it does not actually do well cleaning tile. Short cord, small water tank, and easy to misplace the funnel (necessary to fill tank due to the opening) and tank cap since it doesn’t have a toggle (if you’d want to leave open to air it out after use).

This was a great buy. Got it on sale. Works great. Lightweight. Love how you can wash the mop pad. Three levels of steam cleaning. I have wood floors in the living room and cannot have any rugs down right now in winter (husband had a stroke). So the dogs and I track stuff in. Five minutes and the floor looks great. I use the steam mop setting. Make sure to use distilled water (can use filter water).
