Shark VACMOP Pro Cordless Hard Floor Vacuum Mop with Headlights VM252

A: The customer wasn't given the one advertised. received the old model most likely for the upgraded price. I just picked one up. Online it was the Pro and now I realized it's the old version. Very upset

A: I just got mine and it is still saying magnetic charger. it's been a year and they still haven't fixed this problem!

A: I have this same problem. I purchased the one showing PRO online, the box is the PRO model #VM252, and the box says magnetic charger. But I did not get the one with the magnetic charger.

A: We would like to let you know that there are 2 versions for the Vacmop. Both units are similar with only a few minor difference. The VM252 series has headlights and a magnetic charger, and the VM200 does not have headlights and has a standard charger. We hope this information helps.

A: We would like to let you know that the dirt is collected in a dirt chamber that is located in the pad and the opening is in the center of the front of the pad but dirt that is in the area of the full pad is collected.

A: As for things such as Mac & cheese - some of it will probably stay stuck on the pad but after you're going to have to immediately dispose of pad otherwise it will be spread all over..

A: LOL @ "dirt that is in the area of the full pad is collected".... dirt may be COLLECTED on pad but not vacuumed up.

A: Could you please share another video where cereal and macaroni and cheese is being collected from the side areas of the pad? Thank you!

A: We would like to let you know the area you can clean before needing to replace the pad would depend on how dirty the area is and the size of the area.

A: This item is for people with clean floors. The pads get dirty immediately. Once you vacuum, the pad becomes dirty. Then, when you go to mop, the dirt is mixed around with the liquid cleaner and now you have a real mess! I did 1/2 of my house and used 2 pads.

A: This is a glorified Swiffer on its best day - in fact Swiffers are more consumer friendly as this machine only comes with 2 pads ( reusable washable pads is not an option due to the vaccuum slot)

A: We would like to inform you that the Vacmop does pick up pet hair. It is recommended to be sure all pet hair is picked up before mopping.

A: I have a dog and 5 cats. This item is truly not for people with pets or dirty floors. The pads get dirty when vacuuming, and then when you use the mop, the dirty pad gets wet and it makes a mess. I do not recommend this item unless you have clean floors. I'm sorry I bought it. It's expensive to use, having to buy the pads and they're hard to find.

A: use 1 pad to vac, emptied it, & reused it. use 1 pad for mopping. If u use vac the pad is dirty so can't mop with it. If u use mop it's wet so can't vac with it. Saves money on buying more pads

A: We would like to let you know that a pad has to be on the unit at all times when in use. There is a dirt chamber in the pad where the dirt goes when vacuuming.
