The rollers are hard work. Living in an hard water area everything has to be washed in fabric conditioner. I find the rollers clean wooden/ laminate floors really well. When used on my granite floor it’s terrible. It leaves my floor dull marks everywhere and wheel tracks.

After using the Stone Rollers I purchased for my FC 7, I could see a big difference in the level of cleaning as opposed to the regular floor cleaners. I highly recommend them to anyone with stone flooring.

We love our Karcher floor cleaner. These rollers are the only rollers that clean our bumpy stone floor. They get in all the little nooks and crannies to give us a very clean floor. Two thumbs up for these rollers.

Now that I have used these stone floor cleaning rollers, I wonder why I haven’t ordered before. We have two very muddy wet dogs that have the use of the hall and kitchen, both with stone floors. These new rollers produce an amazingly clean dry floor requiring very little physical effort. Even my wife approves. Well done and thanks

Having used the rollers supplied with the cleaner from new, which were for general hard floor cleaning, these new rollers have a more abrasive feel to them which is perfect for our tiles floor. Very pleased with the result.

I have no problem with my cleaner I think it’s great but I have ceramic flooring so I purchased the stone rollers but for me they are not abrasive enough because it doesn’t reach the grouting so I have to get the steamer out to do the grouting we have a golden retriever who gets rather muddy and dirties the grouting

I have hard floors downstairs and needed something to clean both vinyl floors and stone. I've used a steamer for years but it just pushes the dirt around. First time use and i noticed a big difference. The floor looked so much cleaner. However i sent off and bought the coarser roller for the hard floor and use the softer ones for the vinyl. Spot on. I was also impressed how easy it is to assemble the machine. Everything worked well. Well designed.

Easy to clean machine parts are sturdy made well it is a cleaning machine. The hard rollers clean hard tiles stains crusty alien substances on the kitchen floor this these rollers are amazing

Purchased as rollers withFC3 did not clean floor as well as expected.again disappointed that the new stone rollers hardly made any difference .also makes no difference on grouting. Instead of 2 sets rollers, there should be one of each type with the fc3. A bit of a con to buy an extra set to clean the floor better. When it does not. Fc is only good for a light clean only.
