We have the majority of wood floor in our house, with lots of animals in and out. I love that it is a vacuum and hard wood cleaner in one! I highly recommend this product!

This vacuum is underrated. Had my dishwasher leak water and I’m not going to lie the water chamber is small had to empty a bunch but better then using a mop and having to worry about drying it. Picks food with ease especially having twin 2 year old eating.

I'm not happy with this. Hardly any side pick up. Have to go over and over an area. Then I still have to use another mop vac to finish the job. Lots of things to clean. Your other vac mop does a better job. I'm disappointed with this product.

I bought this in December 2024.The shark HydroDuo is a convenient and easy- to use cordless hard floor cleaner, making everyday cleaning more efficient. Why would I not buy it again or recommend it : 1-The major drawback to me is the non removable battery, which doesn't last long enough to clean a large house in one go. 2- Edge cleaning capabilities are limited 3-The cleaning water tank is small and needs frequently refills during large cleaning sections.

Waste of money. Does not suction well. Even after several passes it doesn’t pick up all debris from the floor.

I am returning after using it once. It didn't pick up hardly anything.

It's great but, the sprayer isn't spraying. Need help otherwise I like it alot

I bought this as a housewarming gift for my son; unfortunately, this product falls short of its claims. The wet cleaning function is mediocre at best, but the vacuuming performance is even worse. You have to move it painfully slowly to pick up debris; even then, it often leaves some behind. While the light highlights the mess, the vacuum struggles to capture it all. I am returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that it is duo function, however the suction is not very strong so take alot more passes to pick up all the dirt and because of the roller to the front it doesn’t get to the corners properly. Love the spray and clean function, so easy to use and no messy mop to deal with. Liquid smells amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all this vacuum is pretty good. It is harder to push but it sucks up food and debris great. I love you have the option for wet or dry use. It charges very fast which is nice and doesn’t take up much space. It’s very quiet when using. However, I would say these are still a few things I don’t like. The clean water take is very small so you have to refill a lot. It holds the debris in the bottom so it’s honestly very gross to clean. I like how the Tineco has two separate containers for clean vs dirty water that is easy to access.

It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around things in my kitchen. It’s durable and made well. It requires just a few hours of charging before the first use, with a helpful light indicator to show the vacuum's current battery life. It's quite simple to disassemble and reassemble various parts too, such as the water container. Additionally, this vacuum is really lightweight, which made it easy to move around my house and use for longer periods of time. I especially liked this aspect of the Shark Hydro Duo vacuum because most vacuums I've tried have been heavy and eventually caused strain on my body. For being such a lightweight vacuum, it does have a lot of power though and picks up debris quickly/easily, without having to make multiple passes through an area. The mop function is great as well and left my floors looking cleaner than they have in a while. Another positive aspect of this vacuum is that maintenance requires little time and effort. I found it very easy to empty and clean its various parts, including the water container and dust bin. Overall, I think this is a wonderful cleaning solution for any home and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Shark Ninja HydroDuo for a bit over a month now and I believe the best way to review this item is to Pro and Con it, so here goes. Pro: the HydroDuo is EXTREMELY quiet and lightweight. It's so nice to be able clean up messes without breaking a sweat or yelling over a vacuum. I even used this in my house at night after my kids went to bed and it didn't disturb them. 😁 Con: the HydroDuo is supposed to clean up and separate wet and dry messes in separate conpartments, however in my month of using the HydroDuo, I've never had mine actually suck up wet mess. I've dumped the dry cup plenty, but I've never had mine suck up any wet mess and I've used the mopping solution plenty. Perhaps mine is defective? I can't figure it out. Pro: the Shark HydroDuo can fit in tight spaces and it even sweeps up right to the wall or baseboard you are aiming it at. It truly does a marvelous job by baseboards, toilets, around furniture feet. It gets a close clean every time. And the blue light on it truly does highlight all the dirt! It's so easy to see the dirt and debris and check that your floor has gotten cleaned! Con: it is an unfair comparison that Shark is making that the HydroDuo compares directly to the Bissell Crosswave. I own a Crosswave and the HydroDuo could not replace my Crosswave. The HydroDuo struggles with picking up any kind of hair in any kind of amount. The Crosswave picks up any and all hair everytime I've used it without issue. Also, my Crosswave has always actually mopped my floor by sucking up the dirt water. Thus far, the HydroDuo hasn't sucked up any liquid at all. Also, the tank is much smaller on the HydroDuo than the Crosswave, so it takes more refilling time to mop my home with the HydroDuo than with my Crosswave. I also have not found the HydroDuo's mopping solution in stock anywhere, yet I can find multiple solutions for my Crosswave. Pro: the HydroDuo has an incredible battery life. I've run this sweeper/scrub mop for a week spot cleaning or cleaning small sections of my home and I haven't had to charge it. The battery life is truly incredible on this rechargeable HydroDuo. Con: the dust cup on the HydroDuo is quite small, making it take longer to clean my home than with another method (i.e. Crosswave or vacuum). The dust cup lid is also very difficult to get seated back in correctly. There were multiple times I emptied the dust cup and thought I had put the lid back on correctly, but the HydroDuo made an odd clicking noise that took multiple attempts to get rid of. To summarize, the HydroDuo, in my opinion, is a fairly overpriced sweeper and spot cleaner. The only items the HydroDuo truly replaces are your broom and dustpan. Do you want to pay this much to simply replace your broom and dustpan? Yes, the HydroDuo can scrub clean a sticky mess on your hard surface floors, but it isn't actually mopping it. The Crosswave actually replaces your broom, dustpan, mop, bucket and scrub brushes. The HydroDuo, in my opinion, does not compare at all to the Crosswave. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum at first glance looks like it’ll clean very little, but let me tell you it does clean a heck ton!! Now, I wouldn’t recommend this if you have a big house, I personally have a medium sized house so, this is sort of a hassle to throw out the trash after doing half the house, but compared to other vacuums you’re able to control when you’d like to mop, so if you already mopped somewhere, you can choose to just vacuum instead of mopping, like shown on the video it sprays very well, the scent smells amazing! It leaves my tile clean, and the scrub works perfect, you just have to give it a few passes so that it scrubs just right, the only con about this vacuum is the storage size, the storage isn’t the biggest but not the smallest, it’s just not optimal for big houses, but if you have a small house, this vacuum is just for you, and it’s not loud! So that’s another great thing! Overall this vacuum for the price is definitely worth it.

I have only tried the wet/spray on my linoleum floors and I didn’t see a visible difference, but the water was dirty so I’m convinced it did a good job. The reason I only gave 3 stars was because there is a small bit of plastic that hangs down from the vacuum and gets hung up on the slats in my wood flooring. I’ve included a video, but I hate the way it sounds and it feels like it might mess up my floor with repeated use. I will continue to use this in my kitchen and bathroom for a quick freshening up, but I was hoping for more from this product.

I bought this a few days and quickly realized it was all that great for my house! I feel this product would better suit a small house (condo or apartment verses a large house with alot of foot traffic! The suction wasn't that great unless you went extremely slow while in use. The battery life lasted maybe 20 minutes from a full charge. I had to keep going over areas to get a good pick up. I never got to try the mop part of the product because battery went dead after vacuuming 2 rooms. This will be going back to the store ASAP!
